Jake Beam of LRES this Sunday (20th) 9PM!!

Please join me this Sunday, the 20th of November, for a conversation with Land Resources and Environmental Sciences PhD candidate Jake Beam (fig. 1). Jake studies the HOT systems in Yellowstone, characterizing the interesting microbial life forms (thermophiles) that thrive in that unique environment. We'll be discussing what is going on with these life forms and why they're so darn special (other than living at 252 deg. F). Please call (994-4492) in or post questions!
